Terms of Use

WarBid is a live, pay-to-rank leaderboard split into two teams, Team A and Team B. You submit a website, pick a team, and pay a bid. Your bid is added to that team's total and decides where your site sits in the standings.

Rank is the bid. A higher position means the owner paid more for it, not that the site was judged, voted on, or ranked by any algorithm. Listings are paid placement and are not endorsements or organic search results.

• The minimum bid is $2.
• The standings update as soon as a payment confirms. Your site lands wherever your total ranks on its team.
• A site keeps the team it first bid for. Bidding on the same site again tops up its existing total and only charges the added amount.
• Bids do not expire and carry no time limit.

The rope in the arena moves toward whichever team has the larger combined total. Standings and the rope position reflect current bids and can change at any time as new bids come in. Being at the top is never guaranteed to last, someone can always outbid you.

All payments are final. Once a bid is paid it cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred, whether or not your team wins the pull and whether or not your site keeps its rank. If you are later outbid, your earlier payment is not returned. Please be sure before you pay.

• Submit only websites you own or are allowed to promote.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, adult, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, game, or reverse engineer the service.

We may remove any entry, adjust a listing, or restrict access at our discretion if these terms are broken. Where an entry is removed for a violation, the paid bid is still non-refundable.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular level of traffic or exposure, or that submitted links are safe. You visit third-party sites at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarBid and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of the amounts you choose to bid, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
